Surveyor – Commercial Property Management
Up to £45,000 PA + car allowance, bonus & benefits
THE ROLE
My client is a high growth, agile and forward-thinking property consultancy who is looking for a surveyor to join an industrial property management team. Working directly and collaboratively with a single client, this role focuses around an enviable surveyor/client relationship that allows both parties to brain storm and discuss asset management initiatives fluidly.
Currently the portfolio consists of over 100 assets with over 1400 occupants in London, and the M25 boarders. The fund is growing and being invested in, keeping the day to day varied. This role offers a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
DAY TO DAY
Achieving the highest quality service in all aspects of property management, ranging through day-to-day activities at the properties, to financial control and developing asset enhancing initiatives with the client.
We are looking for an individual to join the team to who has proven experience of managing industrial assets/portfolios for individual investors, property companies and institutions.
- Day to day contact for with the client discussing overall performance, analytics and issues.
- Client reporting – to produce monthly/quarterly reports and attend client meetings.
- Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations
- Building strong relationships with the Tenants and advising the client on opportunities.
- Oversight for the FM team in charge running day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues.
- Service charge administration
- Onsite inspections
- Setting up new properties for the growing fund client.
- Building on the strong relationship with the client
