Senior Surveyor to Associate Director – Commercial Property Management
Up to £66,000 PA + bonus & excellent benefits
My clients’ Real Estate Management department has an exciting position within their Central London Private Sector team. Their size allows them to be flexible in their approach to management, where other firms can sometimes be constrictive. THE ROLE
Managing a selection of properties across London on behalf of a varied mix of clients, we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join a thriving team.
DAY TO DAY
- To directly manage various properties within the Central London Private Sector team portfolio
- To report directly with our clients – providing first class service and responses, regular asset reporting, chair meetings and build relationships.
- Meet, correspond, and provide excellent services to Occupiers, Service Providers, Consultants and other key stake holders.
- Update and interrogate data from our Property Management Systems – Utilise to identify areas of performance of the asset and our service.
- As part of the overall responsibility for the asset, to ensure Health and Safety compliance at our properties and work with the FM teams to achieve the highest levels of compliance.
- Partner with our Property Management Accounting teams to ensure consistent quality levels of service in all areas of Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Client Accounting and Reporting.
- Responsibility for driving and completing our Service Charge Reconciliation and Budgeting process with our external Auditing Partners, Facilities Management and Accounting teams in line with RICS code of practice.
- Work on a number of assets undergoing refurbishments on Design for Management including participation and involvement in consultant meetings and workshops.
- Meet all KPI’s set.
- Actively seek out Business development opportunities and new initiatives.
YOU
- Experienced in managing multi – let mixed use properties
- Excellent Communication skills and written work
- A team player and multi tasker
- MRICS
- Knowledge of property management accounting systems such as Yardi, Tramps, Horizon is desirable.
- Customer experience skill and confidence in presenting to internal and external teams.
