Senior Surveyor – Commercial Property Management
Location: London & Hybrid Working
Up to £56,000 inclusive + bonus & benefits.
THE ROLE
In partnership with our client, UFR are searching for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a leading Asset Services team as a Senior Surveyor.
Based in their London office, you will join a well resourced and growing team, who have gone from strength to strength in 2024/2025 and aspire to continue on this trajectory.
DAY TO DAY
The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mixed asset classes, predominantly multi-let office, industrial and retail throughout London and the South East.
- Delivering best in class property management in line with client objectives.
- Supporting and enhancing the existing management set up to meet the client’s key ESG objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring all Service Charges and reconciliations are accurate and delivered on time.
YOU:
- You will be someone who has an appetite for business development, cross selling with internal local and national teams.
- Account management is key, so you will be someone who has a successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and a proactive approach identifying asset management opportunities.
- 3 years commercial property management experience.
